Booking & Pricing Information
Our domes are designed to seat either 4 or 8 guests. Pricing is fixed per dome size, not per person, due to the shared, pre-set nature of the menu.
You are welcome to book a dome for fewer people (e.g., 3 in a 4-person dome or 7 in an 8-person dome), but please note:

Menu portions are set
We are unable to create partial servings (e.g., half a pizza), as the entire menu is curated for sharing.
Babies/toddlers may sit on your lap and share your plate.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting your group!
Cancellations
You can cancel up to 14 days prior to your booking for a full refund. After that time, no refunds are available.
You are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member — just email us the details at enquiries@bvcc.com.au. Alternatively, contact us and we’ll do our best to help reschedule your booking if availability permits.
