Booking & Pricing Information

Our domes are designed to seat either 4 or 8 guests. Pricing is fixed per dome size, not per person.

You are welcome to book a dome for fewer people (e.g., 3 in a 4-person dome or 7 in an 8-person dome), but please note:

• The price remains the same.

• Menu is set 

• Babies/toddlers may sit on your lap and share your plate.

Cancellations

You can cancel up to 14 days prior to your booking for a full refund. After that time, no refunds are available.
You are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member — just email us the details at enquiries@bvcc.com.au. Alternatively, contact us and we’ll do our best to help reschedule your booking if availability permits.
